Monthly Accounting Packages

Monthly Accounting - includes month-end data entry into bookkeeping software, reconciling, communications regarding transactions, review, and preparation of Financial Statements and other reports. You will receive an email with your reports for the previous month. Note - I only work with Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online.

Accounting Packages start at $500 per month

All accounting is done for the previous month including:

✓ Bank Reconciliations – checking/savings/credit cards/Paypal
✓ Monthly Reports – prepare Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement.
✓ Support - Email Support, Zoom or live meetings
✓ Preparation of Annual Tax Prep Financial Statement Package – for year-end tax prep based on CPA needs

All packages are monthly fixed fee, prepaid, and set up on a recurring payment plan.

How We Will Work Together:

As your Accountant, I am your partner in helping you with your business finances.
I work with Quickbooks Desktop or Quickbooks Online. I also use Google Docs to organize and prepare your accounting records and financial reports.
I love to connect with your CPA or tax preparer so we both understand your tax situation and how you can save the most money you can on your taxes. (I do not do business or personal taxes).
Each month I provide you with financial reports and spreadsheets, such as sales reports and budgets, that we have agreed that you need to understand your financial health.
I do all your business accounting so you are ready at tax time, saving you a ton of money that you will NOT be paying your CPA.
This will be an intimate relationship. Money brings up 'stuff', we'll get through it together. Promise.

New Client Initial Review Of Your Current Bookkeeping

Before we start, we will meet and discuss your project. I'll do a review of your Quickbooks file for the previous year of completed data, make sure all accounts are reconciled, the chart of accounts is streamlined, and other details are reviewed for accuracy. I'll finish up with recommendations for any detailed renovation of books needed.

Upon completion of the review, we will know the details of the monthly work involved and which accounting package will fit your needs. I work with year-round clients needing monthly services by setting up a flat monthly rate based on an evaluation of workload and hours estimated prior.

There may be times when you need other accounting or reporting services. We can provide you with all the business financial needs that you require for your business. Any service not listed can be discussed and accommodated.

Payroll Services

Payroll is a requirement when you’re running a small business if you have employees or you are an S-corp. Accurate and timely payroll reporting, as well as compliance with local labor laws, are required to avoid penalties. To ensure accuracy and value, all payroll will be completed using the third-party service Gusto. All payroll tax preparation will be completed by the payroll service. I will review all quarterly and year-end reports and provide you with digital files for your records. Monthly Flat Fee for Payroll added to Accounting package plus Gusto fees.

All other CFO & Accounting ~ added to your monthly fee based on $125 per hour

State & Local Sales/B&O tax prep & filing

Independent Contractor management ~ collecting W9s, reconciliation of payments, issue 1099s
