Monthly CFO/Accountant Package

As your CFO, I will be a part of your team and handle your accounting needs. Tasks and quotes are determined upon in-depth discussion and review of your current systems.

CFO Packages start at $800 per month

✓ Support - Email support, Zoom, or live meetings
✓ Preparation of Annual Tax Prep Financial Statement Package –  for year-end tax prep based on CPA needs

Other Services Offered

AR/AP management
State & Local Sales/B&O tax prep & filing
Independent Contractor management ~ collecting W9s, reconciliation of payments, issue 1099s
Extra spreadsheet or reports – setup and management
Banking, Merchant Services, or other financial needs research

All packages are prepaid and have a monthly fixed fee and are set up on a recurring payment plan. Any work done in addition to the work in our package will be billed at $125 per hour.

This is not a Bookkeeping role, I’m not a ‘bookkeeper”.

How We Will Work Together:

  • As your Accountant/CFO, I am your partner in helping you with your business finances.

  • I work with Quickbooks Online. I also use Google Docs to organize and prepare your accounting records and financial reports.

  • I love to connect with your CPA or tax preparer so we both understand your tax situation and how you can save the most money you can on your taxes. (I do not do business or personal taxes).

  • Each month I provide you with financial reports and spreadsheets, such as sales reports and budgets, that we have agreed that you need to understand your financial health.

  • I do all your business accounting so you are ready at tax time, saving you a ton of money that you will NOT be paying your CPA.

  • This will be an intimate relationship. Money brings up 'stuff', we'll get through it together. Promise.

New Client Initial Review Of Your Current Bookkeeping Systems

Before we start, we will meet and discuss your project. I'll do a review of your Quickbooks file for the previous year of completed data, make sure all accounts are reconciled, the chart of accounts is streamlined, and other details are reviewed for accuracy. I'll finish up with recommendations for any renovation of books needed.

Upon completion of the review, we will know the details of the monthly work involved and how the CFO package will fit your needs. I work with year-round clients needing monthly services by setting up a flat monthly rate based on an evaluation of workload and hours estimated prior.

There may be times when you need other accounting or reporting services.  We can provide you with all the business needs that you require. Any service not listed can be discussed and accommodated.

Any additional services are added at $125 per hour.

Payroll Services

Payroll is a requirement when you’re running a small business if you have employees or you are an S-corp. Accurate and timely payroll reporting, as well as compliance with local labor laws, are required to avoid penalties.  To ensure accuracy and value, all payroll will be completed using the third-party service Gusto.  All payroll tax preparation will be completed by the payroll service. I will review all quarterly and year-end reports and provide you with digital files for your records. A monthly flat fee for the payroll was added to the accounting package plus the Gusto fees.

Set up a new Quickbooks company, chart of accounts, and report layout.  Entry of beginning Balance Sheet account balances. Customized to your business needs.  Perfect for the DIYer.

Business Book-Look - for the Quickbooks DIYer - $800
I will work with you to review your current bookkeeping and money management systems and determine what your struggles and issues are. Then I'll develop a Full Books Look Report that will help you see what is not working, what corrections need to happen, and how to fix errors in how the processes are working. You will be able to get your messes fixed. And I'll make sure you know exactly how to use your new plan so you can keep your books up to date and always understand what is going on with your business finances.

Quickbooks Clean-up and Catch-up - My specialty! - Quote starting at $800
I am a Quickbooks expert and can clean up any set of messy books. And I can get you caught up if you are behind on your bookkeeping. I work in both Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop. I have helped hundreds of businesses get their systems tightened up and their books fixed for tax preparation, avoiding costly CPA fees.
